Can I cancel my order?

All items are final sale. We cannot offer a cancellation once an order has been placed.

Can I make adjustments to my order after I have placed it?

Once you have placed an order, items cannot be added or subtracted. If you would like to order additional items, please place a new order. We may be able to combine shipping of your two orders if they are to the same destination - please email me with your two order numbers to inquire if it is possible to combine shipping.

Can I include a note with my order?

Yes, for all in-house items. Below the checkout button in your shopping cart you will see an "Add a note to your order" box. Feel free to include a note there that you would like me to add in when I ship your order.


When will my order ship?

For items that are printed to order, please allow 3-7 business days after your order is placed before your products ship from the print studio.

If a product has a unique timeframe for production before it is ready to ship, it will be included in the product listing. Please reference individual product listings for any special instructions.

Production, packing, and shipping may take longer during holiday seasons.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Under current circumstances all carriers are taking longer than usual to deliver orders and I am unable to guarantee delivery times once an order ships from the print studio. If purchasing gifts, please be sure to plan accordingly and allow plenty of time to receive your order in advance of when you will need it. As packages are spending longer in transit, I am currently unable to provide replacements or refunds unless the carrier officially declares a package to be lost.  

Do you ship internationally?

All in-house orders are available to ship to Canada. However, my print studio does not ship internationally. So if you are interested in placing an international order that is listed as coming from my print studio, please contact me to make special arrangements. International orders are subject to additional shipping times, and customers are responsible for any such duties and custom charges that their order may incur.


What is your return policy?

Due to our small operation all items are final sale. Please review all product photos and descriptions thoroughly before submitting your order.

My order arrived incorrect or damaged, what should I do?

Please take photos of the incorrect or damaged products you received along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in. Email me, attaching the photos and including your order number, and I will either refund you the cost of the products or re-send them one time to your shipping address.

Can I exchange or get a refund on my order?

All items are final sale. I cannot offer refunds or exchanges.


What types of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards as well as Paypal are accepted.

Do you charge sales tax?

State sales tax is collected for any order with a Florida shipping address.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes. All transactions on this site are secure and encrypted. Your payment information is not stored in the system.  


Can you change colors or words in an existing print?

All prints are pre-printed, so I am not able to change any of the colors or words on the print that appears in the product listing photos. I do plan on offering some personalized products and would be happy to hear your ideas for future products.

Where are Crystal Storms Art products made?

All prints and stationery are designed and printed in the US.

Artwork purchased, whether prints or originals, etc., may not be copied, printed, reproduced, or distributed by any method, for any reason without written permission from me.
